In continuous use, the Repeaters battery will last about 3 months. You can check the repeater battery status on the platform Repeaters Status, or you can look for the following light patterns on the device led:
If you notice one or more of your repeaters is running or ran out of battery, please contact support to get replacements.

Repeater not connected?
If you already check the repeater doesn't have a battery issue, please check the following:
- Is the repeater flashing blue? if yes, you'll need to press the red button 3 times repeatedly to activate it. It'll start flashing red while trying to reach the hub.
- Is the repeater flashing red? this means it's active and trying to reach the hub. To get it online, make sure the repeater is in a 3m to 4m range, and in direct sight from the hub.
